Directions: As with many rural properties, Smartphone navigation by address may not be reliable. Our smartphone Map app attempted to take us a back way. It is unknown if that way was good. The directions below utilize much more paved road. Taking CO-9 and CR-53 south from Hartsel is the key to these directions. We highly recommend printing the plat overlay above. Red markings were used to show each parcel corner. We did not find every silver 3.5" marker, but red markings are close.

From Florissant, CO:
1. Head west on US-24 W toward Hartsel, (30.4 mi)
2. From Hartsel turn left onto CO-9, (2.0 mi)
3. Turn Right on C0 Rd-53, (15.4 mi)
4. Turn right onto Uxra Trail - dirt road (Sign post only - No sign - bottom 2 feet of post may still be painted red), (0.3 mi); Look for the previous road - Beniha as an alert you are almost to this turnoff
5. Turn right toward Butterfield Rd (no sign, sign a few feet away saying CADDO RD) (131 ft)
5. Turn right onto Butterfield Rd (no sign, start of two-track road) (1.1 mi)
6. Vere left, staying on more traveled road, (0.8 mi)
7. Turn right, (0.5 ft)
8. Turn left onto CR 130 (no sign, still two-track) - follow fence-line (0.25 mi).
9. The SE corner of Parcel 3 is on the right (look for the red and orange painted markers on the fence corner).
10. On Oct 5, 2018 we had preliminary roads bladed around and between each parcel. When you arrive at the property the new roads will be evident.
